When will my orders be delivered?

Since each batch of yogurt is freshly made and fermented from scratch, please allow up to 2 days after ordering—unless it's already in stock.

I have an event and I wish to purchase the yogurts in bulk, can it be done?

Yes, let us know your event details such as expected number of attendees, and event type through email or WhatsApp chat.

Why is it watery in my Milk Skin yogurt?

Over time, whey trapped in the yogurt may be released once opened and partially consumed. For the best experience, it's recommended to finish it soon after opening

Is it Halal certified?

Although it is Muslim-friendly (containing no pork or lard), it cannot be Halal-certified, as home-based businesses are not eligible for Halal certification by the Majlis Ugama Islam Singapura (MUIS).

How long can I keep my yogurts in my chiller?

It is advisable to consume it after opening. However, if you wish to keep it in the chiller, it can be kept for 2 days.
